Terms of Service

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you (and the business you use Rello for) and Rello. By creating an account or using Rello, you agree to them.

The service

Rello is a workspace where hotel teams store, find, edit and share their footage. We keep improving it, so features can change. We'll tell workspace owners before removing anything they rely on.

Accounts and teams

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. A workspace's owner decides who joins and what role they have, and is responsible for their team's use of it.

Your content

You own what you upload and what you make in Rello. You let us store, copy, process and show it only as needed to run the service for you, including having our AI describe and edit it. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including releases from people who can be recognized in your footage, and the right to use any music you add.

AI

Rello's AI describes footage and suggests edits. It can be wrong. Review what it makes before you publish it.

Fair use

Don't use Rello to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, get around plan limits or security, or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Plans and payment

Workspaces start on a trial with monthly limits. Paid plans, their prices and limits are shown before you subscribe, and renew until cancelled.

Ending

You can delete your account or workspace at any time in Settings. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms. Before a workspace is closed for any other reason, its owner gets notice and time to download its content.

Disclaimers and liability

Rello is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and your content safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell workspace owners before the change applies.
